Goods of proper quality
The return of jewelry made of precious metals and/or with precious stones, as well as jewelry or steel watches of proper quality, is carried out if the product was purchased remotely (precluding the possibility of the buyer directly familiarizing himself with the product before the receipt is issued), and an appeal for a return received no later than 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt (purchase) provided that the product’s presentation and labeling are preserved (seals and tags are preserved).
Refunds for these products are made within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt of the products by the seller.
The seller’s transportation costs when returning jewelry made of precious metals and/or with precious stones, jewelry and steel watches of good quality, purchased remotely, are compensated by the buyer.
Products of inadequate quality (defective)
To exchange or return goods of inadequate quality during the warranty period, the buyer must send the following documents to the email address:
- Photo of a product of poor quality indicating defects (the defect must be visible in the photo).
- Completed return application. The application must indicate the details of the buyer who paid for the goods and to whom the refund will be made. The owner of the bank account to which the funds will be transferred must be the same as the applicant.
- Scan or photo of the buyer’s passport.
The processing time for an application sent by email is 3 business days.
After moderation of the application for the return of goods of inadequate quality, a form from the transport company will be sent to your email, according to which you will need to send the goods in packaging that ensures the safety of the goods (packaging is provided by the sender), as well as the original return application signed by the sender.
After receiving the goods for which the buyer has made a claim, the seller can carry out a technological study. Based on the results of such a technological study, the seller makes a decision to satisfy the stated claim or reject it, which he informs the buyer about, indicating the reasons. If the claim is rejected, the buyer has the right to independently receive the goods in respect of which such a claim was made and rejected.
Claims are considered by the seller subject to the provision of comprehensive information, documents and purchased goods within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of the goods and the original application for the return of goods.
Refunds if the claim is accepted by the seller are made no later than 7 (seven) business days after the expiration of the specified period for consideration of the claim.
